The Behemoth comes from Hebrew and is mentioned in the Book of Job from the King James Bible. In Hebrew the word Behemoth means the largest and most powerful animal. Metaphorically it can be used to reference any huge or powerful entity. In some descriptions the creature is considered an herbivore and similar to an ox. It is said at the end of the world the Behemoth and Leviathan will have an epic battle destroying most of the Earth. Those who are lucky enough to survive will feast on their meat.
